Chargé de missions HSE

Responsibilities

• Support the site's health and safety animator in managing environmental and safety protocols
• Update Environmental and Social Analyses (AES) to ensure regulatory compliance
• Optimize on-site waste sorting processes to reduce environmental impact
• Update the emergency plan by integrating findings from Paragon audits
• Revise job descriptions to reflect current safety requirements
• Improve the safety induction process for new hires
• Participate in safety meetings, experience feedback (REX), and the update of the Single Risk Assessment Document (DU)

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) or an equivalent field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Rigorous, dynamic, and possessing a strong team spirit
• Field-oriented mindset with a desire to work on-site
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
