Chargé de Missions HS2E Junior

Responsibilities

• Support the animation of the Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and Energy (HS2E) system at the Alphatech technical center
• Conduct training sessions for new arrivals and other staff
• Manage updates for Professional Risk Assessments and Environmental Analyses
• Maintain job descriptions and associated action plans
• Organize emergency situation tests, including fire, evacuation, and spill drills
• Participate in various HSEE department projects, audits, and working groups
• Assist with communication, events, and innovation initiatives within the department

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree or a Master 2 in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good level of English for frequent use in documentation, emails, and meetings
• Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, and motivation
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills with good communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, or ISO 45001 standards
