Chargé de Missions Handicap et Diversité

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and monitor HR data, specifically regarding disability
• Participate in the preparation of internal diversity-focused events
• Attend diversity events such as forums, trade shows, webinars, and diversity clubs
• Contribute to the writing of articles
• Participate in working groups regarding responsible purchasing and digital accessibility
• Support the daily operations of the Diversity & Inclusion department

Requirements

• Currently preparing a Master's degree in HR with a specialization in Disability/Diversity
• Strong interest in inclusion topics (diversity, disability, integration)
• High level of rigor for file management
• Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel
• Proficiency in social media usage
• Strong writing skills and interpersonal skills
