Chargé de missions Actionnariat des Salariés

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to employees (France and International) regarding their shareholding assets
• Support the international HR network by providing guidance on employee shareholding topics
• Assist in the organization of training sessions and events for HR and employees
• Prepare and design communication materials and training supports
• Contribute to the continuous animation and support of the global HR network

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BTS/IUT GEA-Compta, Licence 3, or Master 1 degree
• Available for a 2-year apprenticeship contract starting September 2026
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as 80% of activities are conducted in English
• Strong customer service orientation and sense of service
• Comfortable with numerical analysis and data
• Strong writing, layout, and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative within a team environment
