About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development of employee recognition projects
- Participate in various HR projects, including the division's HR Dashboard, information systems, and HR data processing
- Implement and monitor managerial actions following employee opinion surveys
- Work in collaboration with the Division's HR Director and the HR Change Management Project Manager to support different markets within the Fluid Connectors division
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Business School, or IEP (Sciences Po)
- Strong interest or experience in data processing and international relations
- Proficiency in project management and change management
- Ability to process data using Excel or BI tools
- C1 level of English (written and oral)
- High level of confidentiality, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills
