Chargé de mission RH – Raccords (H/F) – Alternance

Responsibilities

• Support the development of employee recognition projects
• Participate in various HR projects, including the division's HR Dashboard, information systems, and HR data processing
• Implement and monitor managerial actions following employee opinion surveys
• Work in collaboration with the Division's HR Director and the HR Change Management Project Manager to support different markets within the Fluid Connectors division

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Business School, or IEP (Sciences Po)
• Strong interest or experience in data processing and international relations
• Proficiency in project management and change management
• Ability to process data using Excel or BI tools
• C1 level of English (written and oral)
• High level of confidentiality, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills
