Chargé de mission RH

Responsibilities

• Personnel administration including payroll variable element control and digital contract management
• End-to-end recruitment process from application receipt to onboarding
• Employer branding development and partnership management with local schools
• HSE supervision including medical visits, DUERP updates, and accident reporting
• HR advisory for managers and management of training plans and annual reviews

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Human Resources (Bac +3 minimum)
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll variable control and personnel administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and Canva
• Experience with time management software (Horoquartz preferred)
• Strong sense of confidentiality, proactivity, and rigor
