Chargé de mission immobilier

Responsibilities

• Participate in expansion strategy through site research and lease negotiation support
• Implement centralized reporting procedures for landlords
• Monitor contractual obligations related to commercial leases
• Act as a liaison between internal services and external real estate stakeholders
• Support the installation of sub-tenants and optimize vacant surface value
• Assist the Energy Management department with photovoltaic deployment projects
• Develop internal communication tools regarding real estate updates
• Manage real estate expertise campaigns and market monitoring

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Real Estate, or Finance
• Strong interest in the real estate sector
• Analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Good level of English
• Strong written and oral communication skills in French
