Chargé de Mission Immobilier Groupe

Responsibilities

• Manage an international lease portfolio, including key dates, renewal options, exits, and terminations
• Support lease renewal negotiations and coordinate with country teams and brokers
• Maintain and improve lease data quality and reporting dashboards
• Contribute to automation and tooling projects using Power Platform and lease management tools
• Support real estate decisions, broker tenders, mandates, and the multi-year property plan

Requirements

• Master’s student in any specialization
• Strong analytical and rigorous profile
• Fluent English required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI or similar tools appreciated
