Responsibilities

• Draft and process professional email correspondence
• Validate, record, and send invoices to clients
• Enter and record information and documents into internal files and databases

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service and/or back-office operations
• Fluency in the French language with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Workday for invoicing processes
