About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft and process professional email correspondence
- Validate, record, and send invoices to clients
- Enter and record information and documents into internal files and databases
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and/or back-office operations
- Fluency in the French language with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Workday for invoicing processes
