Chargé de mission Déclaration Accidents du Travail

Responsibilities

• Draft, process, and follow up on emails related to client files
• Submit and track workplace accident declarations in compliance with regulatory deadlines
• Verify, record, and transmit invoices to clients
• Enter and update information and documents within internal tools to ensure data reliability
• Manage administrative follow-ups to ensure all files are complete
• Contribute to service quality through rigorous and reactive request processing

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and/or Back Office roles
• Fluency in French with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate analytical skills
• Knowledge of Workday (specifically for invoicing) is a plus
