Chargé de Mission Consulting – Management des Risques Professionnels

Responsibilities

• Support consultants in the operational management of professional risk missions and client portfolios
• Assist in the preparation of occupational accident and occupational disease files to maximize client potential
• Identify and propose performance levers, including risk prevention, absence management, and pricing strategies
• Analyze client claims data and its economic and social impact on HR practices
• Coordinate mission stakeholders, including lawyers, doctors, experts, and social security organizations
• Ensure data reliability within internal tools and participate in client steering committees (COPIL)
• Provide temporary coverage for consultants to ensure continuous portfolio management and indicator tracking

Requirements

• Bac+3 degree in Law, Management, Project Management, or Business School
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information
• Proficiency in office productivity tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-oriented mindset
• Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Knowledge of the AT/MP (Occupational Accidents/Diseases) sector or experience in consulting/legal environments is a plus
