Chargé de mission Audit et M&A

Responsibilities

• Conduct target audits during M&A operations, including financial and risk analysis
• Perform internal audits to validate internal controls and evaluate performance for group subsidiaries globally
• Participate in the documentation of work and the presentation of results

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree from a Business School
• Strong knowledge of finance, corporate accounting, and internal audit
• Fluency in English for international missions
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional presentations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work proactively in a team
