About the role

Responsibilities

  • Train and support administrative staff in the use of management and business tools.
  • Implement and apply group procedures across various agencies to harmonize practices.
  • Optimize organizational structures for new contracts, integrations, and assigned missions.
  • Support purchasing and sales processes, including order tracking, receipts, and invoicing.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as time tracking, payroll control, and personnel monitoring.
  • Manage operational analysis, create dashboards, and track project progress.
  • Perform regular monthly travel to various agency locations across France.

Requirements

  • Bac+3/4 degree with a specialization in Management Control, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Solid knowledge of analytical accounting and administrative/HR management.
  • Strong pedagogical skills to effectively train and accompany collaborators.
  • High level of adaptability and ability to work across diverse functional areas.
  • Strong interest in Information Systems (IS) and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout France.
