Chargé de développement RH et carrières

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Career Path & Skills-Based Organization (SBO) project by helping formalize competency frameworks.
• Support the annual performance review campaign through preparation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Analyze completion data and produce dashboards for HR and management.
• Participate in change management by designing launch kits, communication plans (newsletters, intranet), and training modules.
• Explore and integrate AI tools into daily HR practices and processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources, Organizational Management, or Project Management.
• Available for a 4 to 6-month internship starting in September.
• Mobile and able to work in Roubaix (59).
• Ability to communicate in English (B1/B2 level).
• Strong interest in the IT sector.
• Ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools effectively and responsibly in a professional context.
• Previous successful internship experience within a corporate HR department.
