About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment of technical profiles both locally and internationally
- Draft job offers, source new candidates, and analyze CVs
- Manage candidate pre-selection through phone, Skype, or face-to-face interviews
- Maintain and animate the company website and social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Provide administrative and organizational support for training programs
- Assist in the deployment of training sessions and coordinate with training organizations
- Participate in cross-functional HR development projects, including GEPP (Strategic Workforce Planning)
- Contribute to HR communication campaigns and career forums
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master 1 in Human Resources or attending a Business School
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with recruitment 2.0 tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform reporting
- Proficiency or ability to develop skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex organizational structures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment through an internship or apprenticeship in a recruitment agency or corporate environment
