Chargé de développement RH (Alternant H/F)

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment of technical profiles both locally and internationally
• Draft job offers, source new candidates, and analyze CVs
• Manage candidate pre-selection through phone, Skype, or face-to-face interviews
• Maintain and animate the company website and social media presence (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Provide administrative and organizational support for training programs
• Assist in the deployment of training sessions and coordinate with training organizations
• Participate in cross-functional HR development projects, including GEPP (Strategic Workforce Planning)
• Contribute to HR communication campaigns and career forums

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 1 in Human Resources or attending a Business School
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with recruitment 2.0 tools (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform reporting
• Proficiency or ability to develop skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex organizational structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment through an internship or apprenticeship in a recruitment agency or corporate environment
