Chargé de Développement Foncier

Responsibilities

• Identify land opportunities for the construction of ultra-fast charging stations
• Monitor local calls for tenders and project calls
• Manage a pipeline of both public and private opportunities
• Negotiate purchase or lease conditions with property owners and implement contracts
• Coordinate with construction teams to evaluate project costs
• Manage building permits and act as a liaison with local authorities and urban planning departments
• Maintain relationships with owners during the construction phase
• Manage the regional network of stations and implement local commercial and marketing actions

Requirements

• Bac+3/5 degree in a technical or commercial field
• At least 5 years of experience in land prospecting, commercial real estate, or retail/automotive distribution network development
• Strong knowledge of the regional business landscape and local network
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders
• Strong sense of prospecting and opportunity identification

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the electric vehicle ecosystem and decarbonization challenges
