Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of qualified auditors for audit missions
• Qualify auditors in compliance with established procedures and deadlines
• Handle contracting with auditors
• Provide support and follow-up for auditor requests
• Collect and analyze documentation to ensure compliance and record data in IT tools
• Maintain acquired qualifications and perform individual auditor evaluations
• Search for and reference new auditors in collaboration with product managers
• Analyze candidate eligibility based on group needs and prerequisites

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 2-year Master's program in Human Resources
• Available for an apprenticeship starting in January 2027
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
• Versatility, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a team and pedagogical approach
• Good level of French and English (written and spoken)
