About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in employer branding strategy in collaboration with HR and communication teams
- Highlight professions and talents through employee portraits, videos, and interviews
- Create content for social media networks
- Produce attractive content (text, images, videos) to promote SGS roles
- Write articles and conduct interviews
- Design visual communication supports such as posters, banners, and infographics
- Monitor performance indicators for digital communication actions
- Animate the internal community dedicated to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
- Promote CSR actions both internally and externally
Requirements
- Student in Master's level HR or Digital Communication (Bac+4 - 5)
- Strong interest in Communication and CSR
- Proficiency with social media, Canva, and Adobe Pack
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening abilities, and creativity
- Ability to adapt to various domains
