Chargé de communication RH et projets transverses

Responsibilities

• Support employer branding strategy by creating employee portraits, videos, and interviews
• Develop engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media and internal channels
• Design visual communication materials such as posters, banners, and infographics
• Monitor digital communication performance indicators and propose engagement improvements
• Animate the internal CSR community and promote environmental, inclusion, and well-being initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in HR or Digital Communication
• Proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong fluency in social media platforms and digital trends
• High level of creativity and strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) themes
