Responsibilities

• Pre-select candidates to enrich the nanny pool
• Match nannies with childcare missions
• Support families and nannies throughout the duration of the care
• Build loyalty with both families and nannies
• Perform sales and customer relationship tasks primarily via telephone

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree
• Strong telephone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable with computer tools
• Ability to handle sales and customer service challenges
