Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients following Groupe Barrière standards
  • Advise clients on products and offers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage physical and telephone reservations
  • Optimize treatment and practitioner schedules to ensure performance and comfort
  • Maintain high-end image and attention to detail according to LQA standards
  • Propose additional treatments and beauty routines to optimize revenue
  • Manage the cash register and center closing procedures
  • Coordinate between different wellness departments and provide treatments during high occupancy

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Rigor, sincerity, and curiosity
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous events while maintaining 5-star quality
  • Operational English proficiency
  • Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a plus
