About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and orient callers
- Process pharmacy orders for rental and sale
- Register coverage requests for pharmacists and patients
- Manage patient and pharmacy files, including coverage sheets and dossier constitution
- Schedule appointments and delivery planning
- Create preparation slips for the warehouse and delivery routes
- Manage after-sales service (SAV) and customer complaints regarding orders, equipment, or deliveries
Requirements
- BAC PRO or BTS in commerce/sales
- Medical secretarial training
- Administrative and telephony skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Previous experience in the medical sector or home care (MAD) is a plus
