Chargé d'affaires - TCE

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs expressed by exploitation, maintenance, and project management teams
• Define technical lot scope including specifications, constraints, and interfaces
• Contribute to pre-project files through field surveys and feasibility studies
• Perform cost estimation and budget monitoring, including identifying deviations
• Prepare technical elements for internal purchasing and supplier consultations
• Follow manufacturing, preparation, and material supply
• Coordinate internal teams and external companies during site interventions
• Supervise execution regarding planning, safety, and technical compliance
• Manage interfaces with other technical lots
• Perform lot reception through controls, testing, and resolving reservations
• Provide technical reporting on progress, risks, and deviations to the project manager

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in mechanics, industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or boilermaking
• 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial environments (new works, revamping, or project coordination)
• Strong mastery of industrial mechanical, electrical, or boilermaking equipment
• Knowledge of HSE rules applicable to industrial sites
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and 2D plan reading
• Ability to manage technical costing and budget tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree
• Experience in steelmaking, metallurgy, petrochemistry, or heavy industry
