Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction operations from contract award through final acceptance for waterproofing and facade projects
• Monitor budgets and ensure profitability of assigned projects
• Represent SMAC with clients and promote the brand image
• Prepare and validate commercial proposals
• Prospect for new clients
• Oversee execution, technical compliance, and schedule adherence for worksites

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an engineering or university degree
• Seeking a business manager internship (stage encadrement)
• Prior internship experience in construction or related field preferred
• Valid driving license B
• Team-oriented, curious, dynamic, and motivated
