Chargé d'affaires

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct building envelope operations from contract award to final acceptance
• Monitor budgets and ensure profitability of waterproofing and facade projects
• Represent SMAC to clients and uphold brand image
• Prepare and validate commercial proposals
• Prospect for new clients
• Follow up and execute regional and national contracts as directed
• Verify technical compliance, quality and schedule adherence on site

Requirements

• Higher education in engineering or university degree
• Previous worker internship experience preferred
• Valid driver's license B
• Team-oriented, curious, dynamic and motivated

Benefits

• Monthly internship gratification ranging from €1,100 to €1,650 depending on diploma
