- Plan, organize, and direct waterproofing and/or facade projects from contract award through final acceptance
- Monitor budgets and ensure profitability of assigned works
- Represent SMAC to clients and uphold brand image
- Prepare and/or validate commercial proposals
- Prospect for new clients
- Oversee execution, technical compliance, and schedule adherence
