Chargé d'Affaires

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct building envelope projects (waterproofing and/or facade) from contract award to final acceptance
• Monitor budgets and ensure profitability of assigned projects
• Represent SMAC with clients and promote the brand image
• Prepare and/or validate commercial proposals
• Prospect for new clients and follow up on regional and national contracts
• Verify execution quality, technical compliance and schedule adherence

Requirements

• Engineering or university degree
• First professional experience through laborer internships is a plus
• Valid driving license B
• Team-oriented, curious, dynamic and motivated
