Chargé d'Affaires

Responsibilities

• Manage SAS maintenance projects from client request to final project acceptance
• Prepare and send quotes within 7-day deadlines and follow up to secure orders
• Oversee operational budgets and ensure project profitability
• Maintain quality client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure intervention reports are completed and transmitted after each maintenance visit

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or related field
• Profile with either works/project or commercial/sales background
• Strong client relationship and service-oriented mindset
• Analytical skills, listening ability, and commercial spirit
• Organizational skills, availability, and willingness to work in the field
