Chargé d'Affaires

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing maintenance projects from client request to project completion
• Ensure high-quality client relationships and provide quotes within 7 days
• Follow up with clients and manage relations until order confirmation
• Guarantee operational budgets and results for assigned projects
• Complete and transmit intervention reports after each maintenance visit

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or General Construction
• Works or commercial background with strong client relationship skills
• Analytical mindset and commercial interpersonal abilities
• Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Availability and strong prioritization skills
• Field-based work approach with proximity to clients
