Chargé d'Affaires

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing maintenance projects from client request through to work acceptance
• Ensure high-quality client relationships and respond to requests within 7 days
• Prepare quotes and follow up to secure orders
• Oversee operational budgets (revenue and results) for assigned projects
• Produce and transmit intervention reports for maintenance contracts

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in civil engineering, building envelope, or general construction
• Background in works/operations or commercial roles
• Strong client relationship and service skills
• Analytical mindset with good listening and commercial acumen
• Organized, available, and comfortable working in the field
