Chargé d'Affaires

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing maintenance projects from client request through to works acceptance
• Ensure quality client relationships and deliver quotes within 7 days
• Follow up on proposals and manage relations until order confirmation
• Guarantee operational budgets (revenue and results) for assigned projects
• Ensure completion and transmission of intervention reports for maintenance contracts
• Develop activity in Gard and Lozère departments with establishment opening planned for 2026

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or Structural Work
• Works/construction or commercial profile
• Strong client relationship skills and service mindset
• Analytical ability, commercial sense, and team collaboration
• Field-oriented mindset with organizational skills and sense of priorities
