With over 2,000 employees and a network of 60 establishments in France, SMAC carries out more than 10,000 projects annually.

Responsibilities

• Manage business acquisition and the execution of SAS projects assigned to the agency, from client request to work reception
• Ensure high-quality client relationships
• Process client requests and provide responses (quotes) within a 7-day deadline
• Follow up on quotes and manage client relations until orders are obtained
• Guarantee operational budgets (turnover and results) for assigned projects
• Ensure the completion and transmission of intervention reports for maintenance contracts
• Develop activity in the Tarn and Garonne departments

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or similar
• Background in either construction works or commercial sales
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset and commercial sense
• Organized and able to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work in the field and maintain proximity to clients
