Chargé d'affaires SAS

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing maintenance and service contracts from client request through to project completion and reception
• Prepare and send quotes within 7 days, follow up with clients, and secure orders
• Ensure operational budget compliance (revenue and results) for assigned projects
• Produce and transmit maintenance visit reports to clients within 7 days
• Lead and coordinate 3 field teams (team leader and tradesperson pairs)
• Serve as the main client contact and represent SMAC with external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or related field
• Works or commercial profile with strong client relationship skills
• Organizational skills, sense of priorities, and availability for field work
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate with administrative and accounting services
