About the Company

SMAC is a company specializing in waterproofing and facade work, located in metropolitan France, overseas departments, and internationally. With over 2,000 employees and 60 establishments, SMAC performs more than 10,000 construction sites annually, acting as a global operator for building envelopes including waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and architectural facades.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct operations from market acquisition to project handover
• Manage and lead Assistant Site Managers, Team Leaders, and SAS teams
• Monitor budgets and ensure the profitability of SAS business affairs
• Represent SMAC to clients and promote the brand image
• Establish and validate commercial proposals and prospect new clients
• Ensure technical compliance of works and adherence to schedules

Requirements

• Bac +2/5 or Engineering degree in Building or Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years of successful experience in building envelope (waterproofing, roofing, cladding, facades) or strong interest in the field
• Recognized technical knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
