Chargé d'Affaires SAS

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing maintenance projects from initial client request through to final acceptance
• Own the quality of client relationships and provide rapid responses within 7 days
• Follow up on quotes and manage the client relationship until order confirmation
• Guarantee operational budgets (revenue and margin) for assigned projects
• Ensure maintenance visit reports are completed and sent to clients after each visit
• Develop business activity in Tarn-et-Garonne with a new establishment planned for 2026

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Civil Engineering, Building Envelope, or Structural Work
• Profile oriented toward works/construction or commercial/sales
• Strong client relationship management and service mindset
• Listening skills, analytical mindset, and commercial interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills, team spirit, and ability to prioritize
• Field-oriented with a focus on client proximity
