Chargé d'Affaires Installations en Sécurité électronique

Responsibilities

• Support the sales department by proposing technical solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction during installation projects
• Organize and plan new work for the technician team and subcontractors
• Train technicians to ensure competence and versatility
• Verify technical and regulatory compliance of orders and completed works
• Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and administrative procedures
• Negotiate and optimize subcontracting and supply purchases
• Manage pricing, subcontracting contracts, and supply chains
• Manage accounting and financial aspects of projects
• Monitor service performance using activity indicators
• Guarantee project profitability and success
• Participate in site meetings

Requirements

• Technical training in home automation, electrotechnics, or electronics
• Mastery of electronic security systems (Video surveillance, Intrusion detection, Access control)
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (GTB, GTC, Low voltage)
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of APSAD R81, R82, D83, or D32 standards is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Genetec, Milestone, Bosch, or Hikvision
• Experience with Til, Nedap, Alcea, Lenel, or Vauban
• Experience with Vanderbilt, Honeywell, or Aritech
