About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure project success and satisfaction
- Plan and organize internal teams or subcontractors
- Guarantee quality of service, cost control, and deadline compliance
- Support technicians in the field, particularly during equipment commissioning
- Ensure the financial profitability of projects
- Manage technical projects ranging from Smart Building master plans to IoT deployment and energy supervision solutions
Requirements
- Higher education degree in home automation or the energy sector
- At least 4 years of experience in building automation and HVAC regulation (CVC)
- Knowledge of computer networks and multi-brand GTB automations
- Understanding of IoT and technical supervision systems
- Knowledge of complete GTB/GTC architecture and infrastructure
- Strong listening skills and ability to propose technical solutions
- Willingness to travel (company vehicle provided)
