Chargé d'affaires Equipements Industriels

Responsibilities

• Define technical needs in collaboration with internal clients and draft technical specifications.
• Consult suppliers and analyze technical and economic offers.
• Structure and present investment request files to validation committees.
• Manage budgets and provide regular reporting to management.
• Develop and pilot project schedules, identifying critical paths and mitigating risks.
• Supervise construction phases, ensuring safety and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor works, receive equipment, and manage the resolution of any reservations.
• Ensure the handover of responsibilities to the maintenance department with complete documentation.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in project management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial projects and production equipment management.
• Strong knowledge of electrotechnics and electricity.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Pack Office, AutoCAD, and CATIA (navigation in digital models).
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental processes in an industrial setting.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 3 to 4 trips per year, including one week abroad).
