Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial development with existing clients and new prospects
• Manage responses to calls for tenders with the support of the Design Office
• Lead technical project development
• Manage and animate teams to ensure performance, quality, and skill development
• Ensure site profitability and monitor financial indicators
• Supervise projects for professional clients in tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors

Requirements

• Training in electricity or experienced self-taught professional
• Significant experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and commercial sense
• Natural leadership and ability to unite teams
