Chargé d’Affaires en Électricité

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial activities with existing clients and new prospects to support agency growth
• Respond to tenders and calls for bids with the support of the Design Office technicians
• Manage the technical development of electrical projects (strong and low current)
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of projects by monitoring site budgets and progress
• Supervise construction sites for professional clients in tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors
• Ensure all activities are performed in strict compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Professional training in Electricity or an experienced autodidact
• Proven previous experience in a similar role
• Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to unite teams
• Commitment to client satisfaction and high-quality service
