Chargé d’Affaires en Électricité

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial development by analyzing client needs and preparing commercial proposals for existing and new prospects
• Manage the full organization of electrical projects, including costing, planning, technical support, and procurement
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators through management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of construction sites and monitor project status
• Oversee projects involving both high voltage (courant fort) and low voltage (courants faibles) in tertiary, residential, and commercial environments
• Guarantee strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations on all sites

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an experienced self-taught professional with a similar background
• Proven experience in a similar role within the electrical engineering sector
• Strong commercial aptitude and ability to drive business growth
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to unite and manage teams
