Chargé d’Affaires en CVC

Responsibilities

• Participate in the commercial process initiated by the Agency Manager with existing clients and new prospects
• Estimate and price technician interventions
• Manage the technical development of HVAC projects, primarily in direct expansion and sanitary systems
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of interventions and establish monthly financial summaries
• Supervise operations for professional clients in the tertiary and commercial sectors
• Ensure all actions comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Thermal Engineering or an experienced autodidact in the field
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and ability to unite teams
