Chargé d’Affaires en CVC (H/F)

Responsibilities

• Participate in commercial development with existing clients and new prospects
• Estimate and quote technical works
• Manage the technical development of HVAC projects
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training
• Ensure the financial health of assigned projects and provide monthly financial summaries
• Supervise operations for professional clients in tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Training in thermal engineering or experienced self-taught professional
• Previous experience in a similar role within the HVAC/climate engineering sector
• Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership and ability to unite teams
• Commitment to client satisfaction and safety standards
