Chargé d’Affaires en CVC

Responsibilities

• Participate in active commercial development and prospecting alongside the Agency Manager
• Respond to client requests and tenders with support from the Design Office technicians
• Manage the technical development of HVAC, plumbing, and heating projects
• Supervise teams and subcontractors to ensure project progress and quality
• Guarantee the financial health of projects by monitoring site budgets and billing
• Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Formal training in Climate Engineering (Génie Climatique) or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Proven experience in a similar role within the HVAC or thermal engineering sector
• Strong commercial aptitude and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to unite teams
