About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial electricity and instrumentation projects from the study phase through to commissioning
- Analyze technical needs for production units and draft technical specifications and requirements
- Design and dimension electrical installations (HT/BT) and select instrumentation equipment (sensors, valves, regulation loops)
- Validate electrical diagrams and P&ID
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site and manage construction sites, including technical shutdowns
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules and standards, specifically ATEX
- Perform risk analyses for processes and interventions
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and instrumentation failures
- Provide technical and financial reporting for projects and collaborate with production and maintenance teams
Requirements
- Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation, or industrial engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role on a chemical or high-risk industrial site
- Strong knowledge of ATEX standards and HSE regulations
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and P&ID
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to prioritize tasks
