Chargé d'affaires Diagnostic Immobilier

Responsibilities

• Manage and pilot diagnostic missions for a client portfolio
• Perform full diagnostic missions (DTA, IHM, Asbestos) on maritime buildings
• Detect non-compliance and risk factors during missions
• Provide technical animation and training for teams
• Ensure high-level technical expertise and active technical monitoring
• Write and verify reports within deadlines
• Contribute to business development through quoting and client loyalty

Requirements

• Technical training in building (Bac+2 BTP, Civil Engineering, or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a real estate diagnostician or similar
• Titre Pro navire
• Relevant certifications for specific diagnostic domains
• SS4 authorization
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Knowledge of current regulations and report entry tools

Preferred Qualifications

• PEMD (Produits Equipements Matériaux Déchets) certification
