Chargé d’Affaires Dépannages en Électricité

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of electrical repair and small works projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support commercial initiatives by engaging with existing clients and pursuing new prospects.
• Respond to tenders and calls for bids with the assistance of the technical design office.
• Oversee the technical development of projects in both high-voltage and low-voltage environments.
• Lead and animate a team of collaborators, including management, quality control, and training.
• Monitor and guarantee the financial health and profitability of assigned sites.
• Supervise worksites in the tertiary, residential, and commercial sectors while enforcing strict hygiene and safety rules.

Requirements

• Formal training in the field of Electricity or proven experience as an experienced autodidact.
• Previous professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial aptitude and ability to support business development.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to unite a team.
