About the role

Responsibilities

  • Meet with local companies to understand their needs and propose HR solutions (CDI, CDD, interim, etc.)
  • Develop and retain a client portfolio through field prospecting
  • Detect opportunities, listen to, advise, and support clients
  • Collaborate with agency recruiters to identify and recruit talent matching client needs
  • Develop a local network and participate in professional events to strengthen agency presence
  • Monitor commercial indicators and participate in defining the agency's development strategy

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create constructive exchanges
  • Tenacity and adaptability in various situations
  • Driven by a desire to support both companies and talent
