About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet with local companies to understand their needs and propose HR solutions (CDI, CDD, interim, etc.)
- Develop and retain a client portfolio through field prospecting
- Detect opportunities, listen to, advise, and support clients
- Collaborate with agency recruiters to identify and recruit talent matching client needs
- Develop a local network and participate in professional events to strengthen agency presence
- Monitor commercial indicators and participate in defining the agency's development strategy
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to create constructive exchanges
- Tenacity and adaptability in various situations
- Driven by a desire to support both companies and talent

- Fixed salary between €25k and €29k gross/year
