Chargé d’Affaires Contrôle Construction

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in construction control from the design phase through to project completion
• Secure projects by identifying and managing risks related to structural integrity, safety, accessibility, and acoustic comfort
• Issue various technical certifications and attestations (e.g., seismic, acoustic, RT2012)
• Manage administrative follow-up and technical monitoring for assigned construction projects
• Support the deployment of national contracts across diverse sectors such as renewable energy, logistics, healthcare, and retail

Requirements

• Engineering degree or BAC +3/4 in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction, or Architecture
• Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of the building industry
• Excellent organizational skills and rigor in administrative management
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong teamwork and client relationship skills
• Previous experience in BTP (electricity, accessibility, HVAC, or fire safety) is a plus
