Chargé d'affaires - Chaudronnerie

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs expressed by exploitation, maintenance, and project management teams
• Define the scope of the boilermaking lot including specifications and constraints
• Contribute to the preliminary design dossier through field surveys and feasibility studies
• Perform cost estimation and budget monitoring, including identifying deviations and optimization proposals
• Prepare technical elements for internal purchases and supplier consultations
• Follow manufacturing, preparation, and material supply
• Coordinate internal teams and external companies during site interventions
• Supervise execution regarding planning, safety, and technical compliance
• Manage interfaces with other lots such as mechanics, electricity, automation, and civil engineering
• Perform boilermaking reception including controls, tests, and resolving reservations
• Provide technical reporting to the project manager regarding progress and risks

Requirements

• Bac+2 to Bac+3 in boilermaking, mechanics, industrial maintenance, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial environments (new works, revamping, or project coordination)
• Strong mastery of industrial boilermaking installations (welded structures, tanks, silos, boilers, piping)
• Knowledge of HSE rules applicable to industrial sites
• Ability to define technical specifications and manage budgeting/costing
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and 2D plan reading

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree
• Experience in steelmaking, metallurgy, petrochemistry, or heavy industry
